At Re-Calibrate we don’t just offer assessment breaks we also offer professional consultancy, mentoring and tuition to assist businesses and young people through the difficult period of transition at any stage of their journey.

CONSULTANCY

Whether at home or in school Re-Calibrate can help the team supporting a child through one of our consultancy packages.

We can either focus on individual children or offer advice and guidance around support relating to all aspects of the shared experience.

Due to the complex nature of each situation an initial 1 hour consultancy is offered free of charge to discuss your goals and the type of support required.

MENTORING

Transition can be a tough period in a child’s life. Often moving to a new area, often to a house of multiple occupancy, can unsettle a child further.

It is crucial in this period to have a dedicated mentor who can provide a break for the young person either during the day, while they await education to be agreed, or in the evenings to assist with hobbies and activities ensuring that their time is spent meaningfully and foundations can be set relating to trust, behaviour and engagement which can be echoed within the home.

TUITION

Accessing education following a period of disruption can be extremely difficult for a number of reasons. Children who have missed periods of school, have SEN or SEMH needs can struggle to both settle and achieve.

By providing bespoke tuition packages to children either outside of school, as a respite during the school day or as a temporary alternative to re-engage barriers can be overcome. Support can be child focussed and individualised to the needs, interests and abilities of each child to ensure enjoyment and success.
