Who We Help
We accept referrals for children and young adults with a wide range of needs, including mental and emotional health needs, trauma, neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD), learning difficulties and disabilities, risks of exploitation, substance misuse issues, offending or anti-social behaviours, and complex/chaotic presentations.

Our Origin and Mission
Re-Calibrate provides bespoke holiday/respite and assessment breaks for children and young adults, led by founder Paul Johnston, who brings 20+ years’ senior experience across residential care, education and supported accommodation. His qualifications include Level 5 Leadership & Management, training in the management of actual/potential aggression, Level 4 managing challenging behaviour, DofE Coordinator, Silver National Navigation Award, and Level 3 safeguarding (with eight years as DSL).
